Service From The Very Start

The repossession process begins as soon as we received an assignment from our client. First we enter the order into RDN which is a secure online recovery database service which compares the newly entered information and alerts us if we have looked for this vehicle or debtor previously. Then we are able to validate the VIN number and all the provided addresses. We then acquire the license plate if available and enter that into RDN. At this point it compares that plate to all the plates that we have spotted with our DRN camera vehicle and if it has been spotted we are sent an email with a picture of the vehicle and the plate along with the GPS location. At this point it assigned to one of our professional collateral recovery specialists. Each truck is equipped with a laptop so that when a driver receives a new assignment they have immediate access to that assignment. Our drivers receive instant notification of new assignments, new addresses and closes.

When our field staff secures a vehicle we provide a complete condition report and pictures upon request. Our in-house skip tracing team reviews every update and takes the information provided by the field staff to determine and take the necessary steps that will expedite your recovery. We then send that information to keep you apprised of all activity on your accounts. Each client is assigned an account representative that will be the regular point of contact within our office. All accounts are serviced by Pratt Adjustment Bureau employees ensuring clients privacy and compliance with the GLBA , the FDCPA and Red Flag Rules. Colorado presents unique weather challenges. We are equipped to handle any of Colorado's severe weather situations. Our phone calls are forwarded to cell phones and because we utilize the RDN online database, our office can run remotely from any location. In the event of a disaster we will be able to continue to maintain business via internet and cell phones preventing any interruption of service.

The Green Recovery Service

Pratt Adjustment Bureau is a largely paperless operation utilizing RDN with its fax, scanning and storage service as a means of storing documents. All drivers utilize laptops in the field for assignments and updates eliminating the need for hard copies. In the event that hard copies are required we will access the account via RDN and print only what we need. Documents are then returned back to office management for shredding.
